None of the HD backgrounds I tested work loaded from a character folder. re-ordering the BG just causes incomprehensible loading conflicts

Since I got a better PC, I've noticed that some of my animated backgrounds play too quickly, especially those with moving water.
Let me know if you would like me to upload slower versions of some of these backgrounds.
