Super Deepthroat (SDT) is a Flash game which simulates a fellatio sex scene. The characters and setting can be extensively customized via the in-game GUI, and can be radically altered via external mods.
If you're new to the game, this is the version you should try first. It has plenty of possibilities and numerous mods available (hair, clothes, HD animated backgrounds, etc.).
It is a stand-alone EXE file, just double-click on it to play.
If you want more features, you're encouraged to try the Loader bundle that contains an SWF version of the Loader, as well as a Flash projector to play it and folders containing settings and other files needed by the game.
Even more possibilities are available with sby loaderpack, that is still constantly updated and includes a larger set of pre-packaged mods and add-ons.
